The McConaghy Properties website was redesigned to support a shift from predominantly retailer-focused content to a website that could also speak to external investors and stakeholders within the investment and transactions arm of the business.

The redesign prioritised simplicity and sophistication, moving away from a predominantly aqua blue colour palette, to more muted navy hues to convey credibility and elevate the brand.
